Hey so I donated today for mvp, Its wonderful.. But I lost my rank AND money on prison. I didn't really want this when I donated. Is there a way I can get my rank AND money back please? ~inito

You didn't lose your rank, it is a prefix glitch with buycraft. You can still get to whatever mine you were ranked at as you are still that rank... like I said.. just a prefix glitch. When you buy your next rank in game, it will reset itself. If you disagree again, you will glitch back to the D prisoner prefix.

The losing money however... no . Has never happened before when donating and didn't happen now. I know because all of this happened to me when I donated. Either you forgot you spent it or you are trying to schmooze us into giving you money. Not going to happen.

 

I tried to buy the rank again but it just took my money...

 

That's because you are already that rank. You thought a rank that you already are.....

Well no, when it happened to me I didn't freak out and go try to rebuy my in game rank.. I did a search on the forum and saw it was a prefix glitch. I then checked to see if I could still go in A. Yup I could. Then when I ranked to free it reset the prefix to free....

Patience is a virtue, lesson learned.

 

I Contacted mineverse support and havent gotten an email about it. And have not retrieved my rank..

Ok. You aren't going to get it fixed through an e-mail. When you go up the next rank on prison, it will fix itself. I already said this...

 

Well you also said to use the search thing. and i did, and it said to email support.

 

Others have said that sure. But I already explained in great detail how to resolve this and why it happened... so just keep mining, save up, purchase your new rank and voila...

 

Please remember these are children...
They are not 27 they are really only children ffs.
Lets be nicer and actually help them.

Initowillly Your name has been added to the list of fixes for this BuyCraft bug on Prison.
I need to know the rank you were tho please.
Like Scofu said you do still have the rank and can access the areas of prison.
It only looks as tho you do not.
When you purchase your next rank up you will be fine.
I will try to get your rank fixed before then.
