So, as the title says I lost my prestige/rank on Infection. Well, as we all know we all can loose something when we change our in-game names and it makes it a problem. I have something related to that, and i'm not sure if this can be restored. My prestige and rank are not showing up on Infection. Lol, I remember the good times where my level was double digit. Anyways. My advise for you is, your best bet is to find Noobcrew or Cypriot in game and tell them about your problem. That's the way I got their attention and got my maxed P10 back, mind you at the time they were fixing stuff like lost levels and prestige ranks. So I don't know if they will still do it, but I'm pretty sure they will and It doesn't hurt to try. Hope this helps
