Hey, long time no talk. A while ago, (A real long time ag0), I bought VIP on my account, JKEb. Then an update came out for Minecraft that allowed you to change your names, which I took advantage of, and changed my name to Nate_Drake, and when I logged in, I didn't have my rank. About 5 minutes ago, I decided to change my name back, assuming and hoping it would fix my rank, which it didn't. Now, a long time ago I did attempt to give my rank to Topmass, which was unsuccessful. If any staff member could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
I dont have any screenshots... it was over a year ago when I decided to quit Minecraft for a while. Can't Mineverse check payments or something?
Do you have any evidence? Like the Email you should of received when buying the rank. If you do have any evidence, Email [email protected] with the evidence It might take a few days, or even a few week for a reply.
