if you sign in and see that you don't have any money try doing /bal or /money , because sometimes it is just lag, you have your money but it isn't showing, it happens to me a lot , but if you try the commands and it still show's $0 then that's a problem, you might have to earn your money again.(feel free to ask me money on op prison when i'm on, i will give you some. ) about the mine rank, i never knew of this but maybe try /rankup again, it could get you back to your mine rank, i'm not sure because i haven't had this problem yet but if it doesn't work then there should be a thread of missing mine ranks(or will be in a little bit), and if possible cypriotmerks when he has time he should be able to fix it.
IGN: Flyingcat4 Rank Q / Money Lost: 1.75 Trillion Evidence: Had I known in advance the server was going to do the name change, I would have taken a screenshot. There could be a log in the OP Prison Server that could prove I had around 1.75 Trillion. Most of this was accomplished mining with an old alpha pick, I was on Q Rank for a good 5 days. It takes 2 trill to rank up to R. I've spent around 3 to 7 days on the previous ranks, each time earning the amounts needed to rank-up. This alone should be circumstantial evidence enough to justify the restoration of my balance. Thanks for you consideration.
IGN: argentinaboy95 I lost 4.5tril but I have a screenshot of myself when I was at 3.8tril, so I would settle for that if possible since its actual evidence not just my word for it. Evidence is file attached.
