So i think due to my name changes: goldencookieman -) TheEmWolf -) EroShadows it kind of glitched. i lost a few commands on factions like /jump and i don't have the rank at all on survival. my current in game name is EroShadows and i even have proof i still have my god on factions and a few other servers

 

I recommend you email [email protected] with:

• Your old in-game name(s).
• Your new in-game name.
• Your rank.
• The situation. <What server(s) you are missing the rank on>
• The evidence that you have the rank on Factions.
