If you have lost your courses on the parkour map and went all the way to lvl I, please show a screenshot of what level you were before and show a screenshot of you level I. Thank you
Maybe you are referring to the fact that you had a rank on the old Parkour courses. There are new Parkour courses, and everyone got reset due to the courses being, well, new. If this is not what you mean, and you were say, rank VII on the new courses and spontaneously got set to I, then yes this is a bug. If it is the former, not a bug.
Why does it matter if you lost rank on parkour its easy to earn back it may be frustrating but its a game remember that
