Look, I had made a thread about this like 9 months ago. It was accepted, and there was only one lobby. Although later cypriot decided not to add a christmas lobby because it was only a short period of time according to one of the builders. I suggested again, but was not accepted. I like the idea of a new lobby for every holiday. It was make mineverse a lot more stylish when it comes to getting in the spirit for the holidays. Thank you for the wonderful suggestion. -Carti
I hate to be like the only person that isn't going to support this. What if someone doesn't celebrate Christmas, or Easter. I would love to have a lobby like this but I am neutral because not everyone celebrates these holidays. :(
I don't support this. The big issue is that Easter and Christmas are both specifically Christian holidays, Halloween is really only a huge deal in USA (it's growing in Australia, but it's really not a thing), and as has been pointed out elsewhere in this thread, seasonal changes are not the same worldwide. I, for one, am not Christian and don't celebrate Easter or Christmas. I also know quite a few people in my age bracket who specifically avoid mention of Christmas because it's an anxiety trigger. Having different lobbies for different holidays/seasons/whatever is a nice thought, but it's really labour intensive for the server owners. Additionally, there's always the chance that a changeover of lobbies doesn't go smoothly, which can create further issues.
Neutral: ~Christmas, Easter, both Christian, and not everyone is Christian. ~My Christmad be cold and snowy, but other Christmases like in Australia are hot and sunny. Good idea, though.
