Can someone help me with me losing my levels on the game mode infection on mineverse? I was lagging really bad and then I decided to re-log into the server and when I did I was reset back to level 0 and lost all my prestige levels. I used to be prestige 3 1stSgt level 76 but I have no screenshots of me that actual level but I do have proof of me prestige three. I also have a screenshot of me 2 days after the reset. It would be really helpful if someone can help me get my old levels back because I don't want tall that hard work to go to waste and hopefully you guys can patch this glitch.
