I pretty much agree with everything except for this, voting once and being able to get titan? Not sure about that. (For god donors)

If you are talking about donor ranks being upgraded via voter keys, I don't think that will ever happen. Even with the 0.5%, that's still quite large considering the amount of people who play. It would have to be around somewhere like 0.001%, if not, less. The other things aren't too bad. As stated above, people can vote on their alts and then hand over the keys they receive to their main account, giving them again, a much higher chance at receiving the rank upgrade. Adding a donor rank upgrade to voter keys just wouldn't be a good thing as it would be extremely abused.
