I've just got a quick suggestion on one of gamemodes (/kitpvp)
Where on /leaderboards kills (/lb kills) you make a competition from where the winner of the month gets a small reward if its an ingame reward of maybe 400$ since it is a month competiton or a 5-10$ coupon for the store so once it resets (3 days) it would be a big competition and hopefully getting more players on the server itself or just more players on kitpvp.

Wow a suggestion that isn't outright crazy and can actually be done, unfortunately people can set up bots to farm kills and they can get a ton of kills from that. Good idea with a good intent but I'm not entirely sure on whether or not it would be possible

 

I think this is a good idea, but as Herf said, people could just set up bots and stuff so support if there is some kind of anti-bot plugin and if it is possible. I like the thinking of it though.
