I'm changing to No Support. I don't really like jumping on the bandwagon, but I've seen you behave in an increasingly childish manner on this application. I think these past days we've gotten an example of your true maturity level. It's blatantly unprofessional, and I don't think it belongs on the team. And then there's all this drama about you not being able to detect hacks and your constant arguing. It's just too much.
Thanks, Gabe I decided to give MV and my application a break altogether, but all my friends told me a made a bad decision so I decided to come back early Who said you gave me a support/neutral in the first place ;p Regardless, I accept your feedback and I'll try to be more consistent with my sense of professionalism ( unusual since people didn't want me to when I first applied xD) Also, I admit, perhaps I saw him exploiting but wasn't up to occasion to report him. It represents a lack of motivation, and I 100% agree. However, I plan on also being more consistent with my reports ( which im progressively getting better at considering I still reported people even though I was still muted xd ) Anyyways, thanks for the feedback. Hey @Dualband, I appreciate the feedback, do you mind maybe elaborating? Thanks
No support, honestly I don't think you're a good fit for mod. You can be immature and extremely obsessive over things at some times. I think you want mod more for the status than actually helping out the server. Overall I see a lack of motivation, which can be based solely off the fact that you decided to quit, then only 4 hours later you reopened your app as swift had stated previously.
I 100% agree with you. I do show a lack of motivation, and I need to work on my manners. If I may address the moderator role, however. I did not quit at all. I just, wanted to give mineverse and my application a break altogether. I just wanted to come back on a good note, really. overall, thanks for the report.
No support. This genuinely just sounds like you're agreeing that you shouldn't be mod and that you have a lack of motivation. You took a break from Mineverse and your application for four hours. I, personally, don't think that's coming back on "good note". Good luck, Lambo.
yeah yeah, I understand. Everybody on discord altogether thought it was a bad idea, so I reopened my application. Thanks once again, Patel. Thanks for the support @Gabe
I'm going to stick with my support, but I don't think saying things like, "I 100% agree with you" when someone is criticizing your personality will help your chances. It just sounds like you are trying to get on good terms with the person by using fake words so that they might change their mind in the future. Nevertheless, good luck. I would very much prefer this type of response.
Support. Has and always will be a nice dude overall! And how are mods complaining about professionalism over a minecraft server, probably one of the worst staff teams on minecraft atm.
Thank you, OhSkqy! I’ll take your feedback for granted Thank you BodyShaming, I appreciate your feedback! Thanks once again everyone!
I think its kind of shown throughout this post ur immaturity lvls, you even admitted that u wouldn't be a good mod as u aren't motivated to do it, WHAT
zBuild, I understand where you're coming from. I'm not as immature as you think I am, and although I may have hinted my lack of motivation, I'd like to just respectfully say that I've never been more motivated. I've spoken to lots of people from within the community, and I shared my opinion with lots of staff members. Personally, after I socialized with the community, I've never been more motivated. It's been 40 days since I first applied for staff here, and I'll keep on waiting. I've also been a lot more consistent with reports. Ever since I was muted for double posting, I DM'ed all my reports to the moderators, and they kindly assisted me. Nonetheless, I am motivated, and I'll try to be more consistent with my maturity. Overall, thanks for your feedback! Edit: Thanks for the feedback @NounBanned
Reason of me changing to neutral is I believe the way you have handled the application shows your quite not ready for staff, my advice would be if you don't get staff, keep reporting playing and being active on the forums and come back in a month or so and make a new application.
There are some things I could improve on when replying to other peoples feedback, and I'll work on it. Thanks for the feedback.
I’m sorry @Lamborghiniii im gonna have to give u no support just the lack of communication with players and I barely see u play. Also the fact when I had a issue u were quick to go with one side and not be a middle person. You heard rumors and I jumped on the train so their for I don’t want to be treated like I did something when i didn’t. Also what @ATruePitato said and @i_am_youtuber. @Lamborghiniii i completely understand u for posting a lot because I just started to put a lot of suggestions but that’s only because they are good and worthy to be looked at I take my time and detail each one carefully and I look at the forums post every day seeing if anyone has seen or been on my post. You can search up how many suggestions I have put up in the last 2 weeks it’s a lot but I’m a very active player and once summer is started I’m am for sure gonna be more active on the server, discord,Fourms and lots more.
I thank you for taking the time to compose that piece of feedback, however, I have some things to say. 1. You stated (line 3) that I hear rumors on jump on the train, however, you don't provide evidence or even an example. 2. I do post a lot, and I agree, it's rather provocative. However, the fact you took the time to compose those helpful suggestions of yours, doesn't necessarily mean you're not post farming ;) 3. I don't know if its a timezone issue or not, but I'm on every single day on Mineverse. That being said, I thank you for the feedback you stated above, and I wish you well. Good day.
