      Offender's IGN: KWSTAR

      Reason: Hacking. If you reduce the speed of the video to 0.25, and watch as I jump off spawn down to the ground, watch KWSTAR as he runs with his bow out. At the end, he is also flying/gliding up to the top of a building.
