As i was playing on kitpvp i was just browsing the shop. i came upon the sign that said type /rank commander to buy the commander rank for $500. i had already bought this rank before so i just wanted to see what would happen in i typed it again. it removed $500 from my account although i already owned the rank of commander. Because of this mistake i lost $500 and i would prefer this $500 be returned to my account. Thank you.
I'm so sorry that this happened to you and you've lost five-hundred dollars. But, unfortunately this can not be given back to you did it, your fault. So no refund. Sorry :(
Unfortunately, this was your choice to type /commander again. I am sorry that happened to you, but we don't refund in game money in this situation.
