That's also sort of what I recommend, for example KitPvP has commander rank which IMO is one of the best things about it. Commanders can usually kill quite a few kit fight people, and they get 4 epearls every 5 minutes for no real money.
It's what we had in mind already. When we comply with EULA and revamped donor perks we're gonna start working on resetting kit pvp.
