      Offender's IGN - Neville_Pvp014
      Description - I asked Neville if he was gonna pay me 90k on prison for 200 on kitpvp. Then I went To KitPVP and paid him 200. Then I went back to Prison and he paid me 19k only then he left Prison. So I went back to KitPVP and msg'd him that he only paid me 19k. He replied that he mean't 19k but yet he agreed to 90k and I told him it was 90k he didnt give my money back.
