well hazeuk here says he will do rank upgrades and i say deal he ask for all my money and some of my stuff here /my screen shots here for supreme and i give him what he ask for and he did not get me supreme and left the game and he did not have a rank

 

Ranks take 24 hours to transfer. If it's pass 24 hours, the he scammed. When was this taken place?

 

He did this with me to, $1000 for VIP 2 days ago (I have screenshots but my computer doesn't support whatever is it for my screenshots)

 

I don't see what's wrong with a no rank doing ran up guys he may be a very good guy but all your interested in is getting him banned
