3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Christochanjo used his ./me and color codes to fake noobcrew. Pretending to be noobcrew could be a bad thing because the person who did this could use this to lie to players about things. You can see he is making accusations with noobcrew and swearing at players with this, This could be bad if other Donors get the idea because they can then use this to bribe players into giving them stuff.
