CypriotMerkz tried to purchase / obtain Knighfall but without any success. (something along those lines).
An anti-cheat, even a simple one would suffice. Do you have a link to this anti-cheat plugin?

I personally think that a change in an anti cheat will definitely smooth things out.

 

I did look up in the forums awhile ago cyp was discussing knightfall. but thats just an idea.

well the anti cheat im searching for will kick the player if he/she uses kill aura or suspicious behavior. after being kicked about 20 times, I'm sure the user will tun off the hacks :p

 

Well you get staff mode in mostly hcf servers. Its basically you do /staff and it turns you into /fly and /god, and you get these items in your inventory. Compass, Netherstar and others. Compass is for tping to people, which it will show a list of people to /tp to when you right click it. Netherstar or any other item you decide to use, if you right click it while near the person it pops up with "Ban" "Mute" "Tempban" "Kick". If you click tempban it shows everything you can tempban for, including hacks and death wishes. It automatically puts the amount of time you get banned for.
I feel like this would be a different type of feature for mineverse, unique as well.

/freeze is different, basically if you get called out for hacks and a moderator sees some type of hack, but is unsure of if you have a hacked client on or off, it freezes them and makes them invincible. They can not get hit, and if they do not cooperate with screensharing on Teamspeak, they get banned. Also, If they log offline, it Moderators would take the same action as if they wouldn't get on Teamspeak. They don't get banned for not cooperating, should I say, they get banned for the video the moderator took. If they feel a moderator abused this, they can put it in their ban appeal or staff abuse report.

Everyone tag higher up staff on this if you support this. I really feel like this would help Mineverse a lot. Anyway you can talk to Cypriot about this @Matt ?

i would have to disagree with that then. /staff is already a command that can be useful to players looking for a mod and i dont think that is changing.
/freeze would do nothing but cause MORE trouble for staff and players. it would be easier to keep it the way it is.

No support due to the fact of the chance of bugs or glitches that can cause good players to be kicked.

I support this, ncp (or whatever anti cheat this server uses) is simply not good enough, I'm constantly seeing people with kill aura, anti knockback and speed hacks. This combination of hacks is deadly if they have good gear, and at times, the staff cannot get to banning them right away, so they stay on Mineverse for hours and possibly days before they finally get banned. This should be implemented on any game mode with PvP.
