If you really think of it, Titans who buy the kit, will then have P4, and Unb2. That is just too OP. It will make Titans life easier. If your going to say about how much is it going to be, and you make it expensive, no one will buy it because it doesn't have what a rank has. If you made it cheaper, would be reasonable. No support.
you buy it off the mineverse store for a certain amount, then you get it perm, but you get a cool down time
