A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He scammed me for 1500$ on kitpvp and i give him Old Tyrante Pickaxe 750 enchants and 84bil..He didnt came to pay me on kitpvp and when i tell him im gonna report you he pay me back my 84bill but not the pick..i pay him back and i came here to report him..He got Titan rank.. Screenshots its not with the correct order so im so sorry ;3

He said i'm not coming to kitpvp When i actually pay him and gived to him the pick..and you can check my balance and transfers from the last 24 hours ;3 I got only 100 bugs..
