It says by the commander rank "Please don't purchase if you're a donator"... your fault, your mistake, sorry to say but this would be too much work to do just because you failed to spend 5 seconds of your time reading a sign that in turn would've helped you.
I agree with Vampiric. If you are a donor there is a sign on the side to the commandor rank, and it say's " please if you are a donor don't purchase the commandor rank. Sorry to say but it is your fault to read it.
Lag could happen. Glitches could happen. It was an honest mistake and the player just wants to be refunded. There is no reason to comment on here acting like you're the authority of the server.

Alright, if you want a helpful response, here ya go: Since Cyp can easily check donor logs, and pex is available at a moment's notice, just put in /Hide/(Replace / with [) tags your email for paypal, your transaction ID, your ign, your rank, and a full payment receipt, that should be enough proof for Cyp to give your rank back, as for the $500, I'm sorry, but I don't think you'll get that back unless you can provide proof you're Commander(Screenshots including a date, and it would have to match up to when you bought a rank), otherwise I'm afraid that won't be reinstated, good luck with this.
