HI i'm new here and i am having troubles with the vote keys. I received vote keys during VPs and on 2 different ocasions it said i got BOTH a Common and a Rare key but this is where the issues start. When it happened the first time I got the common crate key but not the rare one. The 2nd Time it happened and i didn't get neither common or rare. I have a screenshot from the 2nd time it happened but idk what to do. Please help
