3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: reach hacker at 00:45 - 00:50 1:15 - 1:20 2:42 - 2:47 4:47 - 4:51 5:20 - 5:25 6:12 - 6:19 6:39 - 6:44 . Most of the time he toggles it when my helm or boots break. I put the timestamps in the description so you can just click them to view the clips. My fov is 62 and he wasn't using speed.
