1. Giant trees are the easiest. Plant a 2X2 set of spruce or jungle sapling and use bonemeal on them. Also emerald, gold, and iron block will add more than simple blocks.

2. You skip it like the rest of us. The nether is disabled so no getting the netherrack, only by buying it from
People for like 1500-2500.
3. Dupe glitch with game so they disabled.

 

Also, if I have a monster spawner, is there an option to pick cows, sheeps, pigs, etc or are there specific spawners?

Itnis pig by default. You CAN NOT move it once placed, if you do it gone forever!

Yes you can change it, but only at 7am EST time (there is a 4-5 minute time frame to use the egg on it).
