I am going to keep this suggestion short. No disrespect to the builders, they are awesome, but I suggest we need the Junior Builder rank. Why would this help: Most people can agree that infection has some not so good maps, and some maps that can use edits. But it is not just infection, other gamemodes' map needs some editing as well. Junior Builders would have to apply for it on the forums (New Sub-Forum under Mod Applications: Builder Application). This suggestion would give more maps quicker, that are better in quality. Also, in other gamemodes such as archerpvp and kitpvp, some tweaks could be made to the maps. NOTE: You will not gain moderator powers as Jr. Builder. You still have the same powers as you did in your rank you have such as MVP or Titan. But, you will have the Jr. Builder tag in game and on forums. Tagging builders: @Tigr @Nimjam @Rythen Application for Jr. Builder: How old are you? Your in-game name: What timezone are you in? What country do you live in? What languages do you speak? Why do you think you should become a Builder? How long can you be active on the server everyday? How long have you been playing Mineverse? Have you ever been banned in the past? The problem is, it's a build team. Team. The three current builders are basically all mates and build as a team when they want, and by introducing a rank such as this, it'd mean that a 'Junior' builder, less superior then the current ones would be invading on the current ones turf. Also, I believe that Cyp is already comfortable with his current builders, and he will probably keep it this way. I'm not saying that the current builders aren't friendly, but basically being a builder for this sever requires them to be a team, and introducing new people into the current builders group probably isn't the best idea. Also, if anyone wants to be a 'builder', they can, just without the prefix. They can build and suggest whatever they want, just that getting it accepted isn't as easy. Good luck though.
I understand what you are saying, but this rank isn't to interfere with the current builders. These are people that are good at building, but don't exactly get recognized for it, like @ZaMpAgE and @3yerrt. They are both amazing builders, but people barely pay attention to their map submissions. These people can focus on one gamemode like infection, but also do other gamemodes. Can i ask why?
The point of this is to get more builds done quicker, as these people will get more recognized by the community when they submit maps.
i do support because like the infection maps do really need editing because there is so much wrong with them like nether for instance like the humans always win because the zombies cant even get to them because of the lava and i think it would really help if there were more builders because not much is getting fixed sadly
I do like the idea, but I think "Junior Builder" should be a full member of the team, and they get trialled by the actual build team members. If they pass, they get in.
If this was to be added. I would have to bully you guys around ahah. Cyp & Noob will talk about it if they suggest that. Otherwise, i would then have to take in manager position of the build team. Im a nice guy once you know me . +1
Well... I do like to have some support from you guys. I don't know what to say besides letting cyp & noob think about it.
Some people are being inclusive. I agree though, the current build team is awesome. But even with their capabilities, I still think they need help from other awesome builders. I mean, as of now, you can't get builder and the people who have potential are really missing out with building for mineverse. I already know a few people who would make great additions. But after all, this isn't my choice. I shall remain nuetral on the suggestion of this.
I can already give you one builder who is awesome. He takes pride in his work and would enjoy working for this server. @ImTubeless
