Please note: The player wasn't in combat, but anyone with an eye for hacks can easily tell he is indeed hacking. My evidence link is rather large, so may be live within the next 10 minutes of this report.

P.s; I wasn't disrespecting the server when I said "Oh wow, this server is dead", someone had stated before that KitPVP 2 was dead... I went on, only 3 people were online.
