3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Scamming me 10k. He said that he would buy me the rank if I give him the 10k first. So I gave him the 10k, and after 5 minutes or more, he said he bought the rank. I looked on MineTime (the server) buy craft to see if I was on the recent purchases list. I wasn't there. After 10 minutes or so, I went on Minetime to see if I got Excutive (the rank Jalrod was supposed to buy me which is 50 bucks) but I didn't have it either. I waited 20 minutes, but I didn't get the rank still.
