Requirements Needed ive been wanting to ask this

So i'm not direct on asking but i really been wanting to become a moderator for a long time and I really wanna help out with the server in somehow someway and i am 11 for the truth but i really wanna help out the people on the server and help people and i have been hoping for that for a long time.
