Hi guys I'm new to the forums. PRetty much I bought the donor rank vip. On some servers I have a green name, others yellow, on some i have kit vip, others I have nothing. No commands or anything. I also tried to upgrade my rank, but according to the donation system I cannot upgrade because I have no rank. Can you guys please fix this and make me a vip like before with the vip classes and all?

Also on a different note I accidentally used /rank commander on kit pvp and now lost vip on that server overall, It never said that would happen, could you please refund me the 500$ and make me back to vip there and everywhere? Thank you
