It is a requirement. I suggest adding it if you still want to apply for mod . The requirements are: 50 post count. Yes/No 2 weeks on forums. Yes/No Skype or TeamSpeak. Yes/No Do you have 1 of those? 2FA Enabled. Yes/No Fix this ^^ Be more active, get more well-known, make more reports! Good Luck .
