Ever since the new updates have come through, something about mining inside the prison is just off. My super breaker used to be fabulous. Really fast and really long, because I have built up my mining skill to an 1145. But ever since the change, its maybe efficiency III speed and really short. Also, when I take a highly enchanted (Efficiency IV, Fortune III, and Unbreaking III) pickaxe in with me, after using the super breaker, it loses ALL efficiency. All it will allow me to keep is Fortune I and Unbreaking III. I've tried this on 3 separate picks and the same thing has happened. I've logged out and then logged back in, same result. Is this a glitch or the new "normal"?

I understand the problem. Noobcrew added a plugin that takes away enchants from OP Stuff, when you do Superbreaker it changes the Pick to a high efficiency level so that causes it to decrease when you get it back. So what needs to happen is the Plugin to be removed though other people may have OP stuff and can keep it out hoping it will stay.
