there's like three or two mods on the team who know how to detect hacks, the others will just ask for their opinions and if they don't want to they'll get lazy. when I was mod a lot of other staff members including myself got lazy with bans and banned people who looked like they were hacking but probably weren't just to fill in our ban logs. if you make an appeal and justify why you weren't hacking they will unban you instantly if you point out how you weren't hacking and tag another staff member

Even though this does happen a lot, and it has also happened to me in the past, for no kb. I can assure you that sometimes false bans happen and we have nothing we can do. Not everyone is perfect, sadly.
