There are three ways to get a bow and arrow(s) as a zombie. One, you can glitch it. Two, you can store it in a chest or furnace and suicide then grab them. Three, which is the legit way, get p7. The first two ways are unfair and are not even suppose to be options in getting a bow and arrow(s). Now I'm not suggesting to remove the glitch or block all chests and furnaces, I'm only suggesting an easier way to deal with this, which is to make it bannable to use a chest/furnace or glitch as a way to get items you are not suppose to get.
well if a rule like this were to be implemented it would cause tremendous problems being the following; -False Bans based on the amount of proof given in reports -Keeping the temptation there for newer players who don't know about this rule -Players being able to forge evidence easily Now what I'm trying to say is honestly just remove the temptation being chests, furnaces ect from the maps it would do less harm and I'm sure players would enjoy that more then worrying about another rule on their shoulders. Neutral unless some changes are made.
In the case that this was implemented, any time a player would shoot more than 1 arrow per round, it would be breaking the rules. Because of p7 perk spamming, bow/arrow glitch or storing it in a chest or furnace. I agree, it would be easy to disable all the chests and furnaces, but I think they tried to disable LL the chests already, they just missed a bunch. It the chests and furnaces were blocked, there would still be ways to get a bow and many arrows. For reports like on kill aura, you will need to take a video of it. Just screenshots wouldn't do, as like you said, you can easily forge evidence that way.
In the first place, chests shouldn't even be added into maps The glitch is so well-known it's used almost every round Full support.
what I mean is like if someone reported a p7 for shooting once presuming they glitched and only had that clip no proof of the person being p7 or you know glitching it could cause serious problems.
There are few times that will happen. Since the perk rule, almost nobody is p7. And p7 are only allowed to shoot once per round, if you catch them doin it twice, report them. As for the mistake, if a unknown p7 shoots 1 arrow, you presume he is p7. If he shoots more then 1 arrow you can report him for this suggested rule, and if you find out later, for perk spamming. It would be false evidence if someone submitted evidence where it shows someone shooting 1 arrow, unless you have proof that they are not p7.
Maybe just making all entities not in inventory that are not projectiles disappear? I just came up with this so it may not be what I was hoping for.
I'm trying to get rid of the throwing items, not the non-throwing items. Yes that can be done. But an easier way is just to make it bannable
Glitching it in is already bannable, I believe, and disable trap chest sharing and furnaces would also be another way. The best option is to fix p8, p9, and p10. (=
