you're nice and active in game. But you're not as active in the forums and you need to be active on their also Reports if you don't know how to report you will most likely not receive moderator seeing how as a moderator you do reports on the player but the only difference is that you ban them/ give penalty.
No support, since moderator is global, you can not choice which gamemode you want to moderate. Down the font a bit, add more information and improve your acitivity due all the gamemodes.
