Support. Perhaps a suffix symbol? That way players will know that this new symbol isn't just another prestige, but more of a "I've beat the game", symbol.
I don't like the idea of adding perks to doing that, there should just be an aesthetic to show you have reset. If you are good enough in the first place you wouldn't really need a perk to go with it. It should be more of a competitive thing.
