[Infection] Permanently Fix Nether [Solution]

Just one hole wouldn't fix it, because someone could place a torch in the hole forcing it to flow else where

We could also region off the area, or use //set 36 around the lava, which prevents anything to flow but we can still go through it.

 

Sadly Nether was removed :(
