Support. Although you may want to make the kill streaks a bit higher for humans as it is relatively easy to get that many rofls.
No support. Kits above MVP are already op, especially when combined with torches/snowballs/apples. This would probably make the situation on infection with regard to spawn camping and kit spamming worse.
Thanks for your input, I heard something about them making spawn camping illegal, so that mightn't be a problem.
