So before i start i lost my levels well i was p4 before but the glitch or something that happend before n yeah i lost them all and didn't have evidence, but today i found a video showing i was online, you can't see the levels or stuff but you could see the way the sword is like shiny ig which is only p4-p5 but i was a p4 but heres the evidence.

Email [email protected] and tell them how many levels you lost / what prestige you were. You must provide proof though.

Upload the video to youtube, then post a link to the video here.

And I don't think they give out levels/prestiges anymore. They only do a few days after the crash. So don't get your hopes up.

Sometimes when you're a zombie, you lose all levels when gained. This happened to me before, but as said contact Mineverse and they should respond in 3 or 4 days.

 

Don't mean that haha, but already contacted them and i should get them back i think, just gotta ask Noobcrew/Cypriot when they are online
