Due to a glitch, I lost all my levels and prestiges. I emailed support and it said to contact crew/cyp ingame. Is there any way I could arrange a meeting? Thanks.
They don't give back things like xp levels, the best thing you can try is to catch one of them in-game and ask them.
Because of the recent mishap on infection where a lot of player's levels were reset, they are refunding people their ranks & prestige. I'm also having this issue. They said the same thing to me when I emailed. I've been trying to meet up with them in game, but you know, it's hard.
Indeed, some P10 SgtMaj players even lost their rank. Just vote and shortly I think you may get it back, I don't think tagging Cypriot and Crew will work..
