      Hello,
      I've seen people lose levels in infection and if you think you're the only one who lost levels you're wrong, we don't know what is the cause of this but it has happened to everyone. If you were a prestige or had levels you're probably gonna lose them when you login into infection.

      This was not a reset, if it was cyp or crew would make a announcement about it. Hoping this clears up some things. ;p

      I hope they at give the levels back if not well... that wouldn't be good.

      I didn't have to log off for the glitch to affect me. Last time I was on was yesterday, then I got on and my levels were gone.

      The server crashed relating to an issue on the dedicated server, this is fixed now and will not happen again. Those that logged in earlier lost their levels, we fixed it for the majority, however if you're still missing your levels, please send us an email to [email protected]. Locking thread.
