The lower ranks should be allowed to keep their kits like you said because they don't really give such a huge advantage so in my opinion the lower ranks should be able to use it every round but higher ranks should only be allowed every two rounds or 10 minutes.
That would give the lower ranks more of an advantage though. Maybe just nerf the higher rank kits a bit while keeping the same cooldown time for all ranks.
Well, it would actually put people on slightly more relatively even ground I think, because the lower donor kits don't have anywhere near as much potential for killing and surviving against lots of zombies later into the round, while the higher donor kits which are considered "stronger" wouldn't be available as often.
I agree entirely with this. There is hardly a chance for other players to win if the donars use their kit all the time. What made the donar kit cooldown decrease to 5minutes? I remember when it used to be 10. . .
I bought my rank to support Crew, Cyp, and the server... The kits are just an extra persuasion to donate or a sort of "Thank you" for doing so. Yes, many people may have donated just for the kits and prefix, but that doesn't change the fact that they're seeming to negatively change the gamemode when spammed as they can be.
I don't spam ma kit. sometimes I use it to block da zombies and help the noobs survive. isn't that a good thing?
Though it may be true that you don't, it is true that multiple donors use their kit every round to their advantage. Besides, having a longer cool down rate wouldn't mean you can't "help the noobs survive," it just would mean you can't do it as often.
yes and also get rid of the dispensers in Nuketown so the Donors can't give their kits to other people and chain armor issues :/
Actually it does tie into this issue if you think about it... Higher level donors can give their kits to others, especially non-donors through the dispensers, giving them an advantage.
What if for more incresed ranked people (PFC, SSgt, GySgt, etc), you could make upgrades for the zombies, or even a /kit zombie for ranked people, and even you could make /kit elite zombie, but only will be allowed when you are a zombie.
