This Spawnkilling may be fun for human donors but not zombies. Spawn killing ruins the Game.. :\

Thank you very much Oppil. A fine example of spawn killing on Infection and how it ruins the game.

      Exactly.

In COD zombies, people sit at the spawn of the zombies trying to get points at least for the first few rounds. It's a technique.

Yes, but the zombies are just computer generated bots. In Infection, they're real players, who have real feelings, who get frustrated and angry because of spawn camping.

What's the difference from zombies being killed at spawn or somewhere else on the map? The donors usually stay together anyways

Because if they're not spawn camping, the zombies at least get a chance to get out and see what's going on around the map.

Would it be sufficient that zombies can kill people within a 5-10 meter range, while the humans can't be able to hit?

      seems legit.

      Ladies and Gentlemen,

Let me settle this debate. I have posted 3 points in favour of removing spawnkilling.

Anyway, I already posted this years ago. Yes, I do admit I did a bit of spawnkilling from time to time, but I do know the feeling of being mowed down each second. Zombies can't even switch gamemodes. This is extremely annoying. Also, @Scorvix, I hate to disagree with you, but spawnkilling will affect the game greatly. I'm not saying that the donors won't just move to another place to camp, but dude, its hard to get out of a spawnzone (e.g. Desert, Argentan [or somethin], Carnival (quite a bit) and also Coastal Cliff.) Not to mention Nether, where humans spawncamp at the sides.

A lot of donors might scoff that it is too easy to get out, but imagine being knocked around while trying to get out. This way, a lot of people will survive these maps, as the donors are already cleaning out the spawnpoint. As a result, donors will unbalance the game (or for spirital people : the circle of life).

Lastly, I'd like to point out that donor kits might be a bit OP (the knockback). The knockback has a large force, pushing back hordes of zombies at once. It is only in enclosed areas where a god, or titan, will die. Okay, fine, you might say: "But hey, spawnpoints have pretty enclosed areas too!" That is not my point. My point, is that when gods are knocking you back and forth, you have no power to retaliate. What with the gapples and bows? They are practically invunerable.

      Now for your retaliations:

      1. Eggs, Fire swords: Due to the egg spam rule, only one egg is allowed. Fire swords are also invalid, as donors can simply eat gapples
      2. Too many zombies: Well, there are also a lot of donors, especially gods and titans, who have huge advantages
      3. Whats the point of this: The point of this is to discourage spawnkilling, so that zombies can explore and kill humans.
      4. Humans will stay at spawn to avoid killing: As of my previous post, you can enable zombies to kill humans, but in return, humans can't kill zombies.

I am done with this debate. If Cypriot was to remove spawnkilling, I am quite certain that infection as a whole will be very greatful.

      Ciao bros,

Also to mention when they call hacks on people when they die, while teasing people of being "noobs"

Especially hate when they say: GG. Omg, how is that gg. -_-

Didn't you read what Yerrt said? Yerrt said that zombies can hit humans but humans can't.
