      Offence: Bypassing chat censor, Hacks (Glide)
      Evidence: Caught him saying that he was using hacks, specifically Huzuni. Then started swearing Kirbyo32 out.

      It's about time someone reported mincar. He doesn't just use hacks. He bullies others. I used to team with him and help him win a lot, but recently, he dumped me (His reason was extremely lame too...). I saw him gliding earlier today. He think that because he is a god, he is above the rules and he can do whatever he wants.... :(
