      I purchased God rank a few days ago, however my rank on the hub still shows as “Elite”.

      Just make a support ticket here on forums and explain whats happening, should be quick and easy to fix.

      Like everyone else has said, create a support ticket here with evidence that you have the rank on atleast one of the other gamemodes and either Janice or Quert will get back to you as soon as they can.
