I had upgraded to Titan last week but my rank is still showing as God in game. All other servers show that I am Titan

make a support ticket but make sure the picture isn't cropped

 

^ Your username and rank should be enough as Janice/Quert won't resend you Titan unless buycraft says you've paid for it. No imagine is technically required
