      My in game name is RoyalBlueRanger.
      The violator's in game name is: wombat 59 (see screenshot 1 & 3)
      Their plot number is: -406:168

      The following looks like it falls under the "inappropriate plots" rule on both language and hateful content.

      NOTE: The following is not a full-screen screen shot so that way it will be easier to read the ID and name as it is presented within the 3rd screen shot (this is cropped from the 3rd screen shot).
