Going to Mojang won't fix anything, lol. Also you need to prove that you have bought the rank, or you are basically scamming. If you want help, contact Mineverse, not Mojang, Mojang doesn't give a shet about what you bought besides Minecraft.

This is not something the mods can help with. The owner/co-owner have to take care of this issue. You will have to be patient as they receive a ton of emails per day. If you email the proof of rank in to that email address all the others have given you, that is how it will get fixed. That is the only way it is going to get fixed. Hacking on this server, calling names, bashing staff, threatening to go to Mojang are not ways to endear yourself to the owners of this server.

Please be patient. Support can be very busy with the overload of help emails they get, and you aren't any different from all those emails.
