      Dude make a ban appeal, you agreed to the terms and conditions and it says no refund. If you do issue a refund Noobcrew/Cyp could bring you to court.

      Yes, he is correct. When purchasing the rank, you obviously didn't read the terms and conditions and it does say no refunds. Make a ban appeal, and you might get un banned. Sorry mate, no refund
