Wesley Watts, as you said you have contacted the servers email so, just wait patiently and in the next forty-eight hours you should get a response to the email you have sent. What I would most likely also send to them is a, Transaction ID, IGN, what rank, etc. I hope I helped!
Please email [email protected] once a week with proof of purchasing the rank, ign, and exact issue described to them in detail. Do not expect an immediate response, as they are busy people.

I would recommend that you use the 'Contact Us' form, located in the footer or email [email protected]. Though the emails don't seem to get checked a lot, I'd still try it. Be sure to include your name, purchased rank, and transaction ID in the email.

You will probably not get an immediate response, so just send an email with the same message once a week. Another possibility is to contact the admins here on the forums, or find them in game.
