I bought MVP rank and it doesn't work on some of the games on mineverse. I need help to get my rank on all mineverse games.

 

i dont know what a support ticket is but i can give proof if a mod logs on then they can see that i have my rank on some games

if you click on the link Sheshy has given above, it will take you to a page where you can make a Support Ticket (a little post only staff can see so they can help you fix your rank )

if you can, include some screenshots of where your rank isn't working, proof of purchase (transaction ID from the email you were sent when you bought the rank) and what rank you're supposed to be!
